On August 31, 2019, Longhua District lawyers working committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association successfully held a symposium on "Essentials of litigation skills in major and difficult civil cases" in the "Zijing No. 1" studio of Shenzhen Zhongchuang group. Duan Chunxiao, director of Longhua District Legal Work Committee, and nearly 80 interested lawyers in the city attended the seminar. Lawyer Huang Yiping was invited as the keynote speaker.

The theme of the whole seminar was "Essentials of litigation skills in major and difficult civil cases". The speaker adhered to the legal person inheritance spirit of "To teach people fishing is better than to give them fish", and gave the listeners all of his knowledge and skills about the theme. By explaining "specialization" and "the five realms of lawyers", they discussed and analyzed the wonderful contents such as "nine basic issues", "pre-trial preparation", "cross examination and debate in court", "post-trial summary" and "requirements of document" in the way of case statement, which always runs through the cultivation of the professional quality of lawyers "Using no way as way, having no limitation as limitation". During the seminar, lawyers in Longhua District had extensive interactive exchanges with participating lawyers, and discussed "how to skillfully design litigation claims", "how to learn and use legal logic and legal thinking" and "how to cross examine overdue evidence".

The seminar is rich in content, easy to explain, and closely related to lawyer practice, so as to help improve the legal professional quality and professional ability of lawyers in Shenzhen,  to promote the litigation skills of lawyers in handling major and difficult civil cases and enhance the overall competitiveness of practicing lawyers.
