In a broad sense Philosophy of Law refers to the interdisciplinary of law and philosophy, while  in a narrow sense to jurisprudence. Lawyers are the practicers of laws,  and an excellent lawyer, not merely need abundant practical experience, but also solid foundation in legal theories.
